SirvoSounds operates exclusively as an Intellectual Property (IP) creation and licensing hub. The platform does not function as a standard e-commerce retail store, nor does it provide technical, consulting, or artisan services.

Every transaction executed within this system constitutes either the acquisition of a non-exclusive license to utilize digital audio/visual assets or the commissioning of an original creative work resulting in the full transfer of economic copyrights.

Protocols labeled as "Ghost Production", "Mix & Mastering", or "Visual Identity" are legally defined as Commissions of Original Work.

• The payment processed is a Creative Fee / Royalty for the authorship and arrangement of the work.
• Upon completion and final delivery, SirvoSounds executes a full transfer of economic copyrights to the client, allowing for commercial exploitation.
• Under no circumstances are these commissions classified as technical labor or software processing services. The core value lies in the unique, artistic arrangement provided by the producer.

Acquiring elements such as Sample Packs, Courses, or Project FLPs grants the user a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the audio material within their own musical compositions.

• Permitted: Commercial use in your own tracks, streaming monetization (Spotify, Apple Music), and live performances.
• Prohibited: Reselling the raw audio files, repackaging as your own sample pack, or claiming initial authorship of the raw stems.
• Courses and Masterclasses are licensed for personal educational viewing only and may not be distributed, ripped, or reproduced in any format.

Refunds are not applicable to digital downloads and licensed assets due to the non-returnable nature of Intellectual Property data. By initiating a download, you wave your right to a cooling-off period under consumer law regarding digital goods.

For custom commissions, the scope of revisions and timeline parameters are established during the initial brief protocol.

SirvoSounds collects minimal telemetry necessary to fulfill orders, process licensing agreements, and maintain secure access to digital goods.

• Contact Data: Name and Email Address required for license allocation and asset delivery.
• Financial Data: Processed securely via Shopify Payments / Stripe. We do not store raw credit card credentials on our servers.
• System Logs: IP addresses and browser configurations are monitored solely to prevent fraud and unauthorized distribution of intellectual property.

Absolute confidentiality is maintained regarding all custom creative commissions (Ghost Production, Mix & Mastering).

Any project files, stems, or communication transmitted to our servers remain strictly confidential. SirvoSounds waives any right to publicly claim involvement in ghost-produced tracks unless explicitly authorized by the client.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you possess full control over your digital footprint within our system:

• Right to Access: You may request a complete export of your stored data.
• Right to Erasure: You can command the deletion of your account and telemetry, provided it does not conflict with our legal obligation to retain tax and IP transfer records.
